Our Annual General Meeting is just around the corner, and we’d love you to join us as we celebrate another incredible year of creativity, connection, and community.
The AGM is much more than a formal meeting. It’s an opportunity to come together, reflect on what we’ve achieved, acknowledge the people who make it all possible, and look ahead to the future of Te Whare Toi o Ngāruawāhia.
Over the past 12 months we’ve delivered more than 123 workshops and programmes and connected with more than 980 participants
The AGM is your chance to:

✅ Hear from our Chairperson about the past year
✅ Participate in the election and confirmation of Board Officers
✅ Celebrate the achievements of our staff, volunteers, tutors, supporters, and wider community
✅ Have your voice heard in the future of NGĀ ART

There’s still time! Becoming a member is one of the best ways to support our kaupapa and helps ensure community voices are represented in the governance of our organisation.
Members can attend, vote at the AGM, and stand for governance positions if you have been nominated before 5pm on the 7th of August 2026.
